This term, we have been looking at the Crusades. In our lessons we looked at the motives of the crusaders, their behaviour while crusading and their impact to see if they were holy or brutal. We produced News reports to show our findings, you can watch them here!
This term 6eme3 have created some fantastic artefacts during our work on Ancient Mesopotamia.
Each pupil created a piece from the period we have been studying and prepared a museum label to describe it. The students also created miniature clay tablets showing the different types of books found in Assurbanipal’s library. The children used pictures, as found in early Mesopotamian pieces, and experimented with cuneiform, which developed later as a way of communicating. We hope you enjoy looking at their work!
